In the previous article of this series, we began exploring drug-free methods for treating acne. Now, let’s delve into a suggested diet plan to support your internal acne remedy program.
This diet is structured around the principle that the body follows a natural cleansing cycle from midnight to noon and a building cycle from noon to midnight. Therefore, the foods you consume during these periods should align with these natural processes.
Following this dietary suggestion can not only aid in successful internal acne treatment but also contribute to improved overall health and fitness.
**Acne Remedy: Suggested Diet Menu Plan**
**Breakfast:**
Choose one of the following:
1. A tall glass of fresh-squeezed orange juice.
2. A tall glass of fresh-squeezed lemonade, sweetened with genuine maple syrup (the darker the grade, the better).
**Lunch:**
A mono-meal consisting of organic fruit that is in season. For example, apples in the fall and winter, melons in the summer, and berries in the spring.
**Dinner:**
Fresh, homemade salads. Simple dressings can include:
(a) Lemon juice, olive oil, and un-iodized sea salt.
(b) Avocado or green coconut blended with tomatoes and a pinch of sea salt.
Or:
Raw and/or cooked root vegetables such as celery, carrots, potatoes, and plantains. Slightly heated fruit veggies can also be blended into soups or salad dressings.
This format aligns with the scientifically supported idea that the human body undergoes a cleansing process from midnight to noon and a building process from noon to midnight, so your meals during these times should harmonize with these processes.
To further enhance this simple dietary change and address the root cause of your acne, I recommend what Philippus Paracelsus called “The greatest remedy—the physician within”: fasting. This simple sacrifice significantly accelerated my acne treatment in about three days. It is a potent method for overall health when practiced correctly.
Information on the hows, whens, types, and definitions of fasting is available online. Based on my experience, I have dedicated a chapter to fasting in my e-book. You can also search for “Fasting” or “Juice Fasting” to learn more.
One crucial factor to consider is avoiding the microwave at all costs.
I discovered this during a two-week spiritual fast. I was using the microwave to heat water for the laxative tea, and each time I drank the tea, I felt weak and lethargic. I initially dismissed it as detoxification, but I was wrong. Not only was I weak, but the acne that had cleared up returned. I realized the microwave was the culprit.
Switching to an electric stove eliminated the bumps within 48 hours, and the strength associated with fasting returned. Microwaving food is detrimental to health, so avoid this “convenience” device.
Now that we have covered the internal aspects of your acne remedy, the next installment will address external methods of acne treatment. This final part is crucial for naturally curing your acne.
