Clear Skin From Within: The Diet-Acne Connection and How to Get Rid of Acne

Dear Friend,

Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine, wisely stated, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” This profound statement holds the key to clear skin, a truth I discovered after a decade of battling acne and wasting money on ineffective products.

With millions still struggling with acne, I feel compelled to share this simple yet powerful approach: treat acne naturally and permanently by changing your diet. If you’re ready to banish acne, eliminate acid-forming, processed foods and drinks. My journey began as a Michael Jackson fan, learning that he and his brother Jermaine controlled their severe acne by switching from a typical American diet to a healthier, vegetarian one.

Inspired, I cut out junk food and researched the connection between diet and skin health. The saying “You are what you eat” rings true. Your diet profoundly impacts your overall health. Since the skin is a major eliminating organ, as Dr. Stanley Burroughs noted, what you consume directly affects skin eruptions.

Processed foods, junk foods, and animal products often lead to constipation and blood toxicity, exacerbating stress, insomnia, and other health issues. While external factors like job loss or grief contribute to overall well-being, prioritizing a healthy diet is crucial for both acne treatment and overall fitness.

My suggestion for successful acne treatment aligns with a fundamental principle: consume natural, whole foods. Embrace fruits and vegetables, ideally raw and organic, or properly cooked (avoid over-steaming and microwaving). Genesis 1:29 suggests, “Every herb bearing seed and every fruit bearing seed… shall be yours for food.”

For external care, change your pillowcase nightly, sleep on your right side to keep your face off the pillow, and avoid harsh chemicals. Don’t position your face directly under a hot shower; this introduces chlorine into your lungs and dries out the skin, prompting excess oil production.

Consider gentle facial massage or washing with cool water. Occasional facial steaming with boiled distilled water can also be beneficial, again avoiding chlorine inhalation.

Try this regimen for a week, and you’ll likely see a significant improvement in your skin. It’s a simple, common-sense method for effective acne treatment.

Sincerely,

Foras Aje

P.S. For an extra boost, incorporate a short fast or a restricted fruit diet of seasonal, juicy fruits for three days, alongside the external practices mentioned above. You’ll be amazed by the results.
