Eating smaller, easily digestible meals throughout the day, such as fruits like bananas and melon, and snacking on nuts like walnuts and almonds, can be beneficial. Chewing food thoroughly in a relaxed environment is also key. Avoid fried, spicy, or crunchy foods, as well as alcohol and carbonated drinks, as these can exacerbate the condition.

Certain natural herbs and supplements, such as slippery elm, twig tea, aloe vera juice, licorice, and orange peel extract, can also aid in the healing process. Managing stress through practices like yoga and meditation is equally important.

By adopting these natural remedies, I was able to eliminate my reliance on harmful medications and effectively manage my acid reflux. You can too.
