Typical applications include luggage tags, forestry and horticultural tags, labels for goods in transit, and labels for plastic bottles. The slightly absorbent coating of Polylitho’s film surface allows for the use of conventional litho inks designed for coated papers, provided the ink/water balance is carefully maintained. For intricate, multi-color projects involving large solid color areas, oxidation inks are recommended.
